Sales Office Adminstrator, Portishead, £19-21k

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Office Administrator with a “can do” attitude, to join the small friendly team of a highly successful company that specialises in the supply and delivery of commercial products. Previous experience within a small, busy office is essential with order processing or data entry duties, although full training will be provided on internal systems, products and procedures.

Reporting to the Office Manager and as part of a team of 3, the Sales Office Administrator will assist in all aspects of the customer journey, from taking orders over the phone and via the website, processing on their computer package (Xero), taking customer payments, raising the associated purchase and supplier orders, creating invoices.
